Every year we choose a few homes that we feel are really special to renovate and sell.  We are not your typical "flippers"- we like to find architecturally interesting properties that are run-down or abandoned, and spend extra time and resources to create exciting modern spaces that also honor the history and unique original features of the home. Most of our projects are pre-sold so they never hit the market, so send us a message to see what is coming up.
